Pamela is a native of Washington State who grew up in Eastern Washington, came to college in Seattle and remained to work, raise a family and adopt the beautiful green mountains of eastern King County as the perfect place to live. After several years of counseling students in local high schools Pamela transferred her listening and problem solving skills to a career helping people to buy and sell residential real estate. Pamela specializes in residential real estate in King County and Camano Island; including Single Family Homes, Second Homes, Retirement Homes and Investment Properties.

Understanding the importance of obtaining and maintaining the investment value of real estate is an integral part of the representation of clients in the purchase and sale of real property. All clients are provided with extensive information concerning the sales statistics, county tax records, previous sales of specific properties, current information that may affect the value or best use of properties and historical information concerning the community; information preserves power and reduces stress. Pamela works directly with each client, maintaining communication, conducting the property research for the location and evaluation of properties and completing each detail to best assist clients in making the purchase or sale process less stressful and more productive.

It is the goal and best interest of the client that directs and controls the decisions and process of all real estate transactions. Pamela works directly with each client to make the best use of specific and detailed real estate training and experience in contract negotiations, the location and evaluation of quality real estate; matching Buyer goals with the best possible purchase and assisting Sellers' in retaining equity while minimizing the stress of the process for all clients.
